WNFC represents the spectacular fjord region of Norway, recently awarded the world's most iconic landscape by National Geographic. The area brings together diverse locations - from glaciers, valleys and steep fjords, to abandoned industrial areas and scenic cities.
If you aim to co-produce with Norway, Western Norway Film Commission acts as a liaison with local producers and funds. On a case-by-case basis, WNFC invites international filmmakers to scouting trips and production meetings with local producers. WNFC provides ongoing support to match the needs of your production, including budget consulting, research, introduction to valuable contacts and possible partners.

The Mid Nordic Film Region covers the areas of Central Norway and Central Sweden. Though the region is small in size it is one of the most diverse you will ever find.
It covers locations from the rugged Norwegian Atlantic Coast through the wide open alpine landscapes of Sweden to the Baltic Sea. We can offer fantastic unused locations, professional crews, financing opportunities + a very film friendly environment.
